Steven Ackah // Founder of Transform NGO, Youth Coach and Youth Policy Analyst
“I began Transform with the view of transforming the youth in Africa. But I did not know how that vision was going to crystallise until the Ankoma Foundation was formed together with my dedicated directors from the USA, and a young, talented, devoted Ghanaian, who has lived in Asia for several years, Mawuena Adzaxo Washington”.
Steven Blessing Ackah is the Founding President of Transform NGO; an award winning initiator in West Africa (Ankoma Foundation and BookAid Initiative Ghana); youth coach; member of NEEWARG-a USAID project under the National Peace Council of Ghana. He is the author of ‘Knowing Africa’ and other books. Steven is also the youngest to assist in the creation of the National Early Warning System on youth employment, and has worked in other areas including cyber security, peace and conflict, oil and gas, youth related issues, finance and poverty in West Africa. Steven advocates on youth employment policies and other youth related issues. His energetic and motivating leadership has proven to effectively manage both personnel and youth projects to the highest of standards.
